1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) are intended to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the globedrive.tn platform, which specializes in connecting users for car rental services in Tunisia.

2. Definitions

Platform: the website and digital services accessible via the domain name globedrive.tn.

Lessor: a professional publishing vehicle rental listings on the Platform.

Renter: a user searching for a vehicle to rent via the Platform.

3. Access to the Platform and Registration

Access to certain services of globedrive.tn requires the creation of a user account. Each user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Lessors are solely responsible for their legal, administrative, and tax compliance.

4. Listings and Reservations

Listings are published under the sole responsibility of the rental agencies. globedrive.tn does not carry out any exhaustive verification of prices, availability, or the accuracy of the information provided.

Any reservation request constitutes solely a means of connection between the parties. The Lessor remains free to accept or refuse any request without justification.

Payments, security deposits, key handovers, and vehicle returns are carried out exclusively between the Lessor and the Renter.

5. Agency Verification and Compliance Policy

Some agencies may display a blue badge. This badge indicates that the agency has provided elements enabling GLOBE DRIVE to verify its legal status at the time of verification.

Such verification is occasional and does not constitute a certification or a permanent guarantee of compliance, service quality, or information updates.

Agencies without a blue badge have not undergone legal verification by GLOBE DRIVE.

In the event of non-compliance with GLOBE DRIVE policies or these GTU, GLOBE DRIVE reserves the right to suspend or permanently block an agency without prior notice or compensation.

globedrive.tn does not guarantee:

  • The updating of displayed prices

  • The actual availability of vehicles

  • The response or responsiveness of agencies

  • The updating of displayed statuses

The information displayed is provided by the agencies under their sole responsibility. GLOBE DRIVE has no obligation to inform, update, or notify users.

6. Limitation of Liability

globedrive.tn acts exclusively as a technical intermediary. As such, GLOBE DRIVE declines all responsibility regarding:

  • The condition of the vehicle

  • Disputes between Lessors and Renters

  • Damage, loss, or accidents

  • Payments and security deposits

7. Applicable Law

These GTU are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tunisian courts.

8. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the globedrive.tn platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms of Use.
